If you're looking for a pet friendly vacation rental, look no further! Check out this ground floor king suite located just a block away from the Garden City Pier in Garden City Beach, SC. This 1-bedroom apartment is fully furnished with 1 king bed, closet for storage, Smart TV, free wifi, private bathroom with shower and sink, mini fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and more! The space is perfect for a couple or small family getaway! Aside from the beautiful updates, our guests will certainly enjoy the proximity to the beach, Garden City Pier, restaurants, and so much more. Recent updates include new furniture, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new microwave, custom tiled shower, and more!

Guests will enter the apartment through on the ground floor; no stairs or elevators! Upon entering, guests will enter into the living area. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, TV, window with natural light, and more. Centrally located in the apartment, guests will find a full-size bathroom. The bathroom has been nicely updated as of Winter 2022 and features a sink with mirror, toilet, custom tiled shower, and more.

The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment. This space offers a king size bed, TV, oversized closet for storage, overhead lighting, and more. The kitchenette is also located at the rear of the apartment and features a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and kitchen sink. We provide all basic cookware and kitchenware, and everything you need to prepare a snack or small meal will be stocked in the cabinets for you! For guests who prefer to dine out, Garden City has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very popular and convenient options as well.

Have a fur baby? Yes, they are welcome too! Our guests are able to bring up to 2 pets (dog or cat) with a $100 paid pet fee. To keep this rental maintained as good as possible, we do ask that pets not be allowed on the sofa or living room furniture. In addition, when guests leave, we do ask that the pets be crated until their owners return. This is important not only for the care of the property, but also for vendors, pest control, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel who may need to enter the property. Vendors may not be able to provide necessary services if pets are not crated, and we appreciate your understanding!

If you're planning your next vacation, 125 Atlantic Avenue Unit F is perfect for those looking to enjoy a nice, clean, spacious, pet-friendly rental. If more space is needed, rent this condo AND others in the same building, possibly even the condo right next door (ask us how)!

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths in the bathroom.

Guests will be charged a small cleaning fee, and the departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. Just let us know what you need and we'll be happy to work with you!

Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking rental. Smoking is prohibited in the condo. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained and other charges may be applied. We believe in full transparency, and it's important that we are clear on what guests should expect when booking this property. This rental is located directly next door to a small local bar. As a result, music can often be heard, and smoke odors may linger into this apartment. This rental may not be a good fit for guests who are sensitive to smoke odors or may be distured by music from the bar. Inside the apartment, many updates have been made, and many areas of the rental are truly special. As with all rentals, cosmetic wear and tear is to be expected. Parking is first-come, first-serve, and there are several open spaces around the complex. Parking spaces may or may not be immediately available, and guests may have to park at open spaces around the complex. This is a very tropical and sandy area. We will do our absolute best to make sure the floors are swept and mopped prior to your arrival.

Do not be fooled!!
The ad said near The Bar… it was next to the bar. The karaoke kept us awake until two and three in the morning plus people talking outside the door. There was no washer and dryer, there was an inch of dust on the ceiling fan, the 1 bowl and strainer were dirty, there were three glasses three plates a gallon size Ziploc bag and a few pots and a pan. There were no baking utensils. The shower curtain had pink slime on the bottom of it. When I called to ask for more towels, they told me it would be 24 hours and a $15 charge. I asked” you did not provide a washer and dryer and are going to charge me for towels?” I explained I would just go to the laundromat and they said” OK , thank you “. All of the customers for the bar park there and there is no parking available. I had to drive around about 30 minutes one night to get a parking place. Do not be fooled by the photos!!

Completely dissatisfied - disgusting
The property listing indicates it was next to a bar and might smell of smoke but mentioned nothing about how loud it would be. Also, the place was filthy and there was sand in the bedding. I contacted the property manager about these issues upon check in but received no response. I ended up going to another location due to how stinky, loud, and filthy this place was. Additionally there was no privacy because of the people outside the bar in front of the window. I could go on but won’t waste my time. I accidentally caused damage to one towel which I expected would be deducted from my deposit but I was charged for damage to the towel, vomit on the bed which did not happen, and was accused of stealing a remote accordingly being excessively charged from the refund of my deposit. I wasn’t there long enough to look at TVs or remotes never mind steal one. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed or attempted a stay in my life.

This place was not very clean upon arrival. It smelt terribly of cigarette smoke and we could clearly hear every word of the DJ talking and playing music next door. People from the bar were hanging outside of our unit.
