This newly built 7,000 sq. ft. luxury oceanfront home in the gated Inlet Harbour community offers breathtaking ocean and inlet views.

The reverse floor plan features a commercial-style kitchen, oversized game room, and two master suites with oceanfront decks on the first floor. Upstairs, enjoy a spacious family room, kitchen, dining area, and a massive master suite with stunning views.

Relax by the large oceanside pool, built-in bar, kitchenette, and grilling area. Omega combines exceptional design with superior craftsmanship.

INLET HARBOUR VEHICLE POLICY
The Inlet Harbour gated community requires a $100 vehicle fee per reservation for up to 4 vehicles, included in your reservation and listed in your rental agreement. A $25 fee will apply for each additional vehicle upon request, with a maximum of 8 vehicles allowed. Motorcycles, golf carts, and boats are not permitted.

Annual Family Gathering
This was our sixth annual family gathering, and this was, by far, the best location. House is beautiful, spacious, location was quiet yet close to a number of activities, and as proof of how wonderful this house is we have already made our reservation for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. We had 29 of us staying here. There was so much room inside and outside. We never felt like there were too many of us. The location was perfect. We thought we had our private beach. The house was sticked well with a lot of large bowls and pans. Plenty of eating utensils for our meals. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place for a large family or group. Beach was very nice, a good place for small children to run and play but unusually windy. Not sure if that is because of the location at the end of the peninsula or just the weather. Consistency with the beach service was a bit of a challenge but it was nice that we didn't have to bring our own chairs and umbrellas. Home was beautiful and well furnished. Plenty of seating and bedding for our large group. It was fairly well stocked except the usual shortage of kitchen towels and cleaning cloths. Our only significant challenge was that we could not regulate the air conditioning and it was a challenge to keep the main living area cool enough for enjoying family time in the evening (especially after cooking dinner) and it was near impossible to get the main bedroom cool enough for sleeping. Might of helped if you could open some of the Windows but most were inoperable Other areas were warm, but these two rooms were the most challenging. Home is in good proximity to many restaurants and places to go, things to do. Would recommend but would suggest take fans!

This place checked off all the boxes for our needs. We were thrilled from start to finish. If there was an issue, only minimal, we were accommodated immediately. This is our new place to go to for our annual "30 and over" family trip.

2024 Family Vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Picked this home because it was new and thought I would would not have to make contact to address things in the home, to ensure they knew these issues existed before our stay, as we had this type of issues in other rentals in the past. with the cost being over 12K to rent this "Luxury" home, for the a week, I was a little disappointed. Some of the cons were, when we arrived the code would not work (only on the elevator door) but the front door seem to be open so we got in that way, at 4:30, the floating shelf was laying on the counter in the secondary kitchen area with 4 large holes in the wall, the slider doors seems as though they had mud in the tracks so were hard to open and close, slight issues with a couple of the ceiling fans, could only use half of the fabulous stove due to pilot light issues, the door handle on the 3rd floor, in the front of the house, fell off the first time we opened it (guy came to look at said it needed replacing and would be back the next day but never showed), getting instructions on the best way to ensure the doors on the front of the house stayed closed/locked was not clearly marked, the mattress pad in the master bedroom appeared to be soiled with what appeared to be a pee stain in one area and other area with spots of blood (found as we took off the sheets at the end of the stay, so that was gross), mowed the lawn and blew grass on pool bag and items as well as when we were in the pool, grass shot in our drinks and in the pool (I mentioned to the guy and he said I tried to avoid it from blowing your way), had to change out the bottom tray in the main dishwasher with the one down stairs as someone melted off one of the sets of wheels and put it in the walk in pantry just so we did not have to keep washing dishes upstairs in the main kitchen and the later part of the day the air upstairs would not keep the house cool at the back of the house, in the main living area. Pros were the private bath for each room, the pool design.

Wonderful that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We loved the location. Being on the point gave us the option of swimming in the calmer bay side or walking a little to get to the ocean to enjoy the waves. We also enjoyed the beach chair service. Those guys were great.
