"Great location fantastic apartment. More difficult to check in then a hotel. Sink blocked and some areas not cleaned well and dusty. Expensive cleaning cost, would expect hotel quality however cleanliness is not that of a hotel. Lovely place, however next time would opt for hotel due to extra support available, cleaner and checkin being much easier."

"This property was great. Clean, well equipped and a good location. A few things to note. The key collection and drop off was super difficult. It is at a convenience store located 600m or 9 mins walk from the property. If you arrive without a car this is a long way to carry luggage around and if you have a car it’s super difficult to park or even pull over anywhere near the store. Other than that it was very easy. Reservation required a large amount of personal information which I found intrusive before booking was accepted. Property information and access was difficult as instructions were communicated by pictures - no text. Collection of access fob (one only) was from an off site agent which was inconvenient and made planning of different activities also inconvenient. No guest information folder...
