"Easy to check in and plenty of car spaces available Breakfast was full continental. Bedroom came with air conditoning unit and bed was very comfortable. Very spacious room! Shower came with very good pressure. Fitness suite had cardio machines and some weights. Nothing bad to say at all. "

"This hotel is in the most fantastic position in Rouen in the centre of this town In the middle of all the shopping and restaurants the hotel was very pleasant simple clean very friendly English-speaking stuff if you are coming with your own vehicle you must remember to book a parking space in advance to be able to access the Hotel"

"The location is lovely- set in a pedestrian zone right next to the cathedral. Lots of shops and eateries all around. It was very clean and quiet. The staff was professional, helpful and pleasant. A great stoop!"

"Overnight stopover, although in the city the underground parking and 24 hour reception made it a good option. My phone map showed the hotel on the opposite side of the road for some odd reason and we had to ask how to access the underground garage (from Avenue de Caen), but once we found it a good hotel. Comfortable night sleep, clean bedding and bathroom and and the bathroom looked recently done up. Friendly staff. Tasty and convenient breakfast included (continental with eggs and sausages). "

"Overall it was fine. When I first saw it on the river I thought that would be cool. But it is behind the highway. Not so cool. Parking garage was a wee bit tight getting into and out of but it was nice having parking! We still walked everywhere. Nice town. This location would probably be nicer in the summer with activities on the warf"

"Room was spacious and perfect with the family. Sofa bed convert to two single beds albeit very close together. The rooms looked recently updated. The only down side was the service in the restaurant for dinner, we had the kids and it was late due to travelling but service was slow."

"We had a stop off en route south. The family room had perfect facilities with two single beds for the children and a large double. Also a fridge and microwave to prepare snacks or breakfast. Just what we needed with a child needing specialist food. "

"The restaurant is great—delicious food and a breakfast buffet with plenty of options to kick-start your morning. The staff? Friendly. But there's an interesting duality to this place: you've got the Ibis side and the Mercure side. I never ventured over to the Mercure part, but it seemed to attract a lively professional crowd as well as some older guests. I wouldn't be surprised if that was their main bread and butter. Meanwhile, the Ibis side—where we stayed—had this trendy ghost town vibe....

"I went to Rouen last year, and I fell in love with the city. I stayed at Hotel de Quebec at that time too. When I decided to visit Rouen again this year, I just didn’t look for any other hotels. I knew I would stay there again. And just like last year, everyone was super nice.
