"Good service at reception. Room is very old and could use a coat of paint. Bed comfort was not so great as beds were old and worn too. No AC and I had to ask for a fan which they provided right away. Interior garden and sitting area is nice. The price was excellent. Location is about 6 blocks to National Palace and Cathedral. "Room is simple very basic. Two electrical outlets in the room. Plus an additional one in the bathroom. No cooling system, so the drapes need to be drawn to avoid overheating. Property is three stories without an elevator. Staff really accommodating in locating you on a lower floor on request. Staff was very personably and knew me by name.
