We arrived after a long journey tired and hungry, only to be told nearest restaurant was 9 miles away. We paid for breakfast included and received a long life croissant an apple and orange on first morning, thereafter NOTHING There was no heating, in January and hence sheets were damp. We couldn’t wait to leave "

"The hotel is new and the room is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful and comfortable bed, large bathroom, great location. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It was limited and the food didn't look fresh at the beginning of the year. Maybe they couldn't get supplies after New Year's Eve. All the rest was great."

Every day started fantastic regardless of your mood at breakfast because Esther was always in a great mood and full of energy which was infectious. Tiziana was special she looked after us like we were family and bailed us out when we desperately needed transport when we didn’t know we needed it. The room was ultra clean and spacious with everything we needed. I would go back there without hesitation."
