"We loved the property! It is helpful to know (if you have little experience with the area) that you have a few small flights of stairs to get to the path that leads through the woods to the lakeshore. The path is well kept, but if you have someone with you with limited mobility it would/could be challenging. It has small hills and roots as it's a wooded path. "We were pleasantly amazed how isolated we found the location . Very few people were on the beach. We managed the “non potable” water for cooking and cleaning. I was thankful I brought my air fryer to cook meats/potatoes in. I’m a foodie! We navigated our beach equipment down the VERY steep trail s as bd settled in gor many gorgeous beach and rockhounding days. We even hunted for rocks at night! "We loved our stay at this cottage. Finding the property was a little difficult, but once the property was found, check-in was clear with the instructions provided. The place was incredibly clean and had all kitchen amenities we needed! Beds were clean with fresh, crisp linen. Bathroom was very clean as well!
