I paid to stay the week of Christmas and after the first night the owner that was not in town insisted that I pay a pet fee and when I didn't move fast enough she insisted that I leave and she kept my money didn't you give me a refund said I stole some towels and some pillows so very inconvenient because I spent the holiday sleeping in my car

The staff were very rude and not customer service friendly at all I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I know nor would I ever stay at this America Best Value inn in Muskogee, OK ever again.

Not worth the cheap rate we paid. The hotel itself was not very clean and "breakfast" was simply a tray full of packaged honey buns. We ended up having to buy breakfast every day of our stay.

Not the greatest but ok
Bath towels were dirty, went and bought my own to use. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. Heater worked and we had a snow storm and they kinda cleaned the parking lot.

Needs Updating
The Receptionist was very nice, but the room left a lot to be desired. I know you cant expect a lot at that price point, but there should not be burn holes in the sheets and rips in the blankets.

Creepy place. Sheets stained and even the comforter had what looked like a blood stain. There were hispnic guys apparently contractors all standing outside in the parking lot all hours - watching us as we came and went. And there's a massage parlor behind the place. Gross! Never again!!

Get what you pay for
I don't want to tear the hotel apart because it is old and you get what you pay for. The hotel is reasonably priced. My husband and I had been driving for 10 hours and had business in the area. It was the only option. I definitely would not stay here again. If you have the money and time, stay in Tulsa or any other bigger city. All hotels in the area are run down.

This hotel was clean and the refrigerator worked, but there was absolutely nothing for breakfast. Glad I had brought a few things for my picky eaters. All they had was coffee in the room. Don't advertise the breakfast is included when there isnt any. And we also got a call at 6:10 AM, after arriving late the night before. Not impressed overall.

No hot water, blanket had cigarette burns, towels were so old they were yellowish and had no nap, room was definitely entered in the morning but was not cleaned (bed not made, trash not removed, but couch was moved and AC cranked to full blast). Have stayed here at least 20 times the last several years and have watched it deteriorate. This trip was last straw.

Our 1st room, the heat and air didn’t work. Found the coffee pot was broken. It had an old coffee pod and water in it. Was moved from a king room to a double, that wasn’t much better if any.

My first impression was that the lobby smelled like onions and with my super sensitive nose from being pregnant, I was disgusted. I gave the lady my printed reservation that clearly said I had reserved a king sized bed for 2 adults, but received a room with double beds. I didn't complain, we just had an extra bed. I liked that there was a mini fridge and microwave. I was woken up by loud, laughing guests outside a few times, and then by a loud diesel truck outside of my room at 6:30am while they let their loud truck run for over 30 minutes. I would stay there again for just an over night stay.

Did not have our reservation, even though we had confirmation. Front desk attitude lacked a lot. "Breakfast" got a D...no fruit, no juice...only coffee, watery hot chocolate out of machine, green teabags, only a roll in cellophane, tiny muffin, cornflakes and cheerio-type in a dispenser. No front desk attendant, but felt like we were being watched through the two-way mirror. Too much money for the accommodations.

Staff is nowhere to be found. Have to call to get them to come to the desk. Repairs and maintenance looks like it was done by a high school student for extra change. Room smelled like old socks, air conditioner quit in early morning hours. Woke up dripping with sweat.

Tile in bathroom was cracked. Stopper in sink did not work. The lights between the beds did not work at all. Booked a King bed and ended up with 2 queen beds. Was told they didn't have any king rooms available. No one was at the front desk at check out time. The free continental breakfast was just cereal and snack cakes with coffee or hot chocolate.

What a nightmare
It was ok but u gotta danm near beg for shampoo towels or anything actually! I stayed 4 days because of circumstance! The 4th day i left had a ride come pick me up an hr later they told me i couldnt wait there on property! Wow really verry rude indeed! When given a recipt it doesnt explain fees taxed nothn they just say its for that! That 45 dollar a nigt cost me 66 bucks a night false advertizment! I had no choice but to stay there ill not fo it again
