"We had a wonderful stay. The Muskoka Bay Resort is very well maintained, from the grounds to the room condition, very clean and quiet. The staff are very responsive and respectful . Every request was resolved quickly. Thank you very much for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely return.

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Muskoka Charm. The deep water was ideal for docking the boat and swimming. The location on Muskoka bay insured that even when the big lake was rough we could still water ski. There are many areas to gather, including the deck, the recreation room, and the Muskoka room. At night we would sit around the fire pit and sing songs to my son's guitar accompaniment. Once we took a nighttime cruise just to see the stars and were treated to 3 shooting fireballs! The drive in from the highway is beautiful, and once we experienced an unforgettable sight - a mama black bear with cubs crossing the road! I have been coming to Muskoka for over 60 years now, and the experience always seems like a reset for the soul; a chance to finally remove the stress of the year and absorb the unique charm the area offers. The only difficult part is saying goodbye at the end of the week. Thank you David for a wonderful Muskoka vacation!"
"Cleanliness is ok but whatever has said on instructions are not matched. Me and my friend were planning to do BBQ. Though Grill is functioning, it is not desirable to use. Physical condition is already damaged at bottom, which made me unsafe to use. We decided to use pan and gas to cook but pan is scratched a lot and in bad condition which I feel it will have health safety concerns. We also tried to reach out the management but there was no one in charge at the office. We finally decided to eat pizza instead. In sum, the cooking part ruined the plan we had.
Other than that, the fire wood was told it can be grabbed at #12 but there has no any wood in the cabin. Unfortunately, I really feel there are a lot of problems for you guys to improve. "
"The place is close to a high traffic road, noisy. The cabin is in a bad condition. The door to the deck didn’t close and can’t be locked. Some of the lights didn’t work. It is close to Gravenhurst. "
"Never had a cottage with roof leak (fortunately it didn't rain) and gas leak (I had to put a fan to ventilate the gas smell out of the cottage window) and no other cabins were available. The cabin needs a complete renovation and maintenance...and shouldn't be put in the market. Bad supply of cookware and silverware. water crafts were in bad shape...one canoe actually leaks and I had to race back with my son in the canoe scouping water out at the same time! Not enough paddles, etc...Lucky your caretaker (despite we had to use google translator to communicate), she did a good job trying to accommodating our needs, which made up the bad part of our trip."
