The home has 4 total bedrooms with 3 Cal King beds, 1 queen Bed and one full sized Bunk.

Please note the master bedroom closet as well as the garage will be locked off from guest access. All other sections of the home will be fully accessible.

The Kirksville offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths & a nice sized pocket office off the living room. Main living area is spacious with a cathedral ceiling, cedar beam, floor-to ceiling corner fireplace and a wall of windows that look out onto the large covered patio. Kitchen features a center island, 5 burner gas cooktop, exterior vented hood, cast iron farm sink, walk in pantry and custom built cabinetry to the ceiling. Dining room is separate from the kitchen with enough room for a large table. Master is private with a free standing tub, walk in shower and seasonal storage in the master closet. The bath that connects the secondary bedrooms is the size of a master with a private water closet.
