Molto comodo è risultato un piccolo locale separato dove riporre valigie, attrezzatura da montagna, passeggino ecc. Daniela gentilissima, presente, ma discreta. Sarete vicinissimi alla partenza di numerose escursioni senza dover utilizzare la macchina. "The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"Met by the owner when we arrived, we had a slight language problem but that was easily remedied. The flat is on the top floor of the house and is really nice and has everything you could want, would we stop again, definitely, the place is perfect really."

"Large apartment, very clean, new bathrooms, kitchen dated in our apartment, disappointed that cleaning fee of 25 Euro pppw was applied to all persons including children in our party aged 11,12,13 as this significantly increased expected cost by 150 euros for the week. "Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus Bergglück verbracht. Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Kleine Kritik: Wenn das Haus voll ausgelastet ist, ist die Küche etwas zu klein, um dort für 12 Personen zu kochen und auch der Kühlschrank ist nicht besonders groß. Wir waren zu 6, da war es ok. Der Mülleimer könnte ebenfalls etwas größer sein. Wir hätten uns auch eine kleine Infomappe mit ein paar Infos z.B. zum Thema Mülltrennung und wo wir...

"Unser Aufenthalt bei Familie Schmid war für uns perfekt. Zugeben im Anfang musste man sich daran gewöhnen, dass man keinen eigenen Eingang nutzt, sondern vielmehr durch den Hauseingang der Familie in das eigene Reich kommt. "This hotel is situated on the outskirts of Zirl on way to Innsbruck. Bus station was within eady walk and ran regularly but check return times as ours stopped at 18:30 😲. Also to note restaurant was not open Mondays and Tuesdays. Hotel staff were really friendly, breakfast was perfect for us. Very traditional which was what we were looking for. Would recommend. "
