"Towels seemed unwashed (didn't smell cleaning product at all, instead smelt like someone used it shortly before). Awaken around 9am by very loud noises of furniture being pushed around (by staff doing another room I assume). Don't expect to sleep late in that hotel. Wall electric plug ruined, bathroom trash bin broken, stains on armchairs. These are easy fixes, why not doing them? I can't comprehend the mentality behind such neglectful attitude. For this price all of the above is unacceptable."

"Everything about villa shemsmoon is just perfect. The property is beautiful, the staff are amazing, everything ran so smoothly and seamlessly. "The Riad Almisk was a gem of a find located in the Kasbah area of Marrakech and within easy walking distance to the Jemaa el Fna. There are only 10 rooms and the 2 we had were a really high standard- very spacious, clean and with great facilities (including a kettle and TV). we had a tour with Karim who was excellent and very friendly- they have a very nice spa area for a hamman (steam and massage) though we didn't have time unfortutnately. They provided a welcoming mint tea on the rooftop terrace which is lovely and this was also where we had an excellent breakfast. Karim organised transport which was very good standard too and they took our party on the 3 hour driver to the coast at a reasonable cost. I would definitely stay here again - Shukran"

Loved our 7 day stay at the Riad Marraplace

"This beautiful Riad provides excellent service, everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Stayed here 7 days and highly recommend the prime location just off the Medina and souks yet close enough to catch a taxi. We enjoyed the hearty breakfast everyday on the lovely roof terrace. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable our entire stay."
