Renovated and redecorated luxuriously in 2023.

The town houses are located in Mykonos’ most privileged private 8-villa compound, Villa Perla. Supremely located on a small hilltop, over the town’s main sea-front square, the town house offers the luxury of being less than a minute’s walk away from the center of Mykonos, yet enjoying the benefits of privacy, of a shared pool and of private parking. The compound is designed by the most celebrated and internationally recognised architect in Greece. The 2 bedroom residence has a total area of approximately 75 sq.m. It comprises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one on the first floor and a second one on the ground floor. The ground floor also consists of a living room with a fireplace, kitchen & dining table. On the ground floor, the veranda offers views to the pool and to sea while in the rear, the residence has a private yard with a comfortable sitting area and BBQ. The residence constitutes an ideal solution for two couples who wish to enjoy the benefits of living next to all the action of Mykonos town, yet enjoying a private, quiet and top-end environment with the rare comforts of parking and of a shared pool in town. Cleaning offered every three days and every two days during peak season (July & August) that can be adjusted according to client's needs at a min cost.
