"Our first stay at the Mayfair after being recommended by friends. Great location, close to shopping and transport. Unfortunately our room had a view of a wall of another building very close by which was not known at booking. Valet parking was the easiest option as no parking onsite. Room starting to look a little tired but clean and staff friendly and helpful."

"Had a wonderful stay that was kicked off with a glass of bubbles on arrival which was a lovely touch. Staff were excellent & attentive. Only a couple of minor things to mention, an air vent above the shower very dusty & the entrance/exit to the lift in the car park could do with a lick of paint/refresh. Like I said minor but could help to bring the standard up. Really had a lovely time."
