Welcome to Good Time Charlie’s Retreat at The Palace Resort, located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with fully stocked kitchen on 4th floor sleeps 4-5 people.

This condo features ocean views from the private balcony which can be accessed from the living room or bedroom. You will enjoy the amazing on-site amenities that include two oceanfront outdoor pools, indoor & outdoor whirlpool hot tubs, sauna, steam room, arcade, putting green, and so much more!

CONDO DETAILS:
Ocean view balcony with access from both living room and bedroom. Waterproof, vinyl plank flooring throughout the condo.

BEDROOM has queen bed with memory foam mattress, new linens, TV, closet, dresser, full-length closet mirror, and access to balcony. In the closet, you will find extra pillows and blankets, iron & ironing board, box fan, and hangers.

LIVING ROOM has new queen pullout sofa with Visco memory foam mattress, large 65" Smart TV, and additional seating that could be used for a 5th person or child. Board games, card games, and books are available in the end tables.

KITCHEN has stainless steel full-sized appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, & microwave), and features Keurig coffee maker, toaster, stainless steel sink, and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with kitchenware, cookware, plates, cups, silverware, etc. One roll of paper towels and dish soap are provided. We also leave a starter set of K-cups, packets of sugar/Splenda, individual creamers, and water bottles (in the fridge). Breakfast bar with bar stools, plus small bistro dining table for additional seating.

BATHROOM has tub/shower combo with new toilet, vanity with sink and lighted LED faucet. Two towels, hand towels, and wash cloths provided per person. If you need additional towels, please bring extras, or utilize the laundry facility as there is no maid service during your stay. We also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Hair dryer is available also.

WiFi Included. Pets are not allowed per HOA rules. (Service animals are not considered pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner.)

Oceanfront Palace Resort is in the heart of Myrtle Beach - close to shopping, restaurants, Family Kingdom, many golf courses, and the beach is only steps away! Onsite amenities include indoor and outdoor hot tubs, two oceanfront outdoor pools, exercise room, sauna, steam room, putting green, restaurant/lounge (seasonal), and more. Resort is less than 2 miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport and 3 miles from the Coastal Grand Mall.

SAUNA & STEAM ROOM: Relax your muscles in the on-site seasonal sauna or steam room.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET: Rooms and public areas around Palace Resort have access to free Wi-Fi coverage.

GUEST LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Coin-operated on-site guest laundry rooms are located on every other floor.

PUTTING GREEN: Located next to the pools and whirlpools, on-site putting greens gives golfers a chance to practice their game while still enjoying the oceanfront view!

EXERCISE ROOM: On-site exercise room with all the equipment needed for a great workout.

THE PALACE RESTAURANT & LOUNGE: Open seasonally. Oceanfront restaurant has a light dining menu, and the Lounge offers an array of beach-themed beverages, blended options, and non-alcoholic drinks.
