• Kitchen: The full kitchen is outfitted with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a coffee maker, blender, 4-slot toaster, and essential cooking utensils. Modern appliances such as an oven, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher make meal preparation a breeze. A dining table provides ample seating for meals.
• Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The condo features two well-appointed bedrooms, ensuring a restful stay. Each bathroom includes a bathtub and essential toiletries. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

The Atlantica South Tower, located just half a block away, offers additional amenities, including indoor pools, spas, and a lazy river. Although you are welcome to use these amenities, please be aware that access may be limited to specific areas.
• Beach Access: The condo is situated less than 150 yards from the beach, offering easy access for beachgoers. Public beach access is available, allowing you to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf with convenience.
• Amenities Access: While you have access to the outdoor pool, please note that resort access and amenities at Atlantica South Tower are subject to availability and may vary.
