This Oceanfront Efficiency is located on the 2nd floor. It has a queen size bed, Murphy bed and a small sofa. Also has a kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave and refrigerator.
Has your own private balcony where you can enjoy the awesome views of the sunrise and sunset!

Getting Around:
Check in at the front desk at 1207 S Ocean Blvd. They will give you a key card and parking pass. You will need to show your driver's license

was able to get in 24 hours before arrival
2nd floor room beach side was nice. The handicap parking area tight. 1 ice machine for building, the one on our floor was torn apart. One of 2 elevators was down. A vacant condemned building next to pool. and appeared to be part of the property. There was a lot of exterior stuccoing being done. Our TV was not working, we tried new batteries and that didn't help. the office person came up and got it to come on . However, it was never fully programmed so we weren't able to watch it.

Heavenly ocean view!
We were delighted with this ocean front property, with a view of the beach and the ocean waves. We turned the A/C off at night and left the doors open to hear the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep. We ate most of our meals on the small balcony. Kitchenette was convenient for meals we didn't want to eat out. Check in was easy and the parking pass much appreciated.

Save your money
Property itself has just changed hands and they are trying to fix it up. It's very old, around 1955, so it needs a lot of work, but they are trying. The unit I stayed in, however, was nasty, in fact I ended up with food poisoning from using the coffee pot and a tumbler without washing them first. Stove was filthy. Bathtub had a ring around it and I had to clean it before I used it. Had to climb on a chair to adjust the A/C. Had to wipe my feet off before getting in bed. Carpet is shot with threadbare places and greasy places from food dropped on it and not cleaned properly. Sliding glass door had missing rollers so it was all I could do to open it. I would have complained but the owner sent me a message the night of check in that I had 1 hour to report problems after check in. I didn't get the message until the next morning. I got so sick I checked out a day early after spending 2 days in bed and the bathroom. Basically $1200 for 5 hours on the beach. Again, save your money.
