Summary:
Escape to one of the most scenic sections of the Great Loop at this rental on the Intracoastal Waterway. You will be within 10 minutes of Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Ripken Baseball, Carolina Forest with its excellent food options and all the great golf courses in the River Oaks area. The Space:
This modern and updated waterfront condo in the gated Waterway Village community is appointed with refined decor and a plethora of amenities ranging from a washer/dryer to indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, basketball and a hot tub. Take some time to catch some rays on the floating dock by the condo. You could spend your afternoon on the screened in porch with bar table and watch the boats go by with a drink in hand. Feeling more active, launch kayaks or SUPs at the dock just outside your door and explore the waterway or catch rays by the community pool. Golfers can tee-off just moments away at River Oaks Golf Plantation or the World Tour of Golf. This condo offers it all and you will see from our ratings just how much its loved!

Locate off River Oaks Drive, Waterway Village is a gated community partly on the Intracoastal Waterway (this condo has direct views) and partly on the River Oaks Golf course. River Oaks is just minutes away from all of the most sought after Myrtle Beach amenities such as Broadway at the Beach, the Boardwalk, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Ripken Baseball and many more. You will also be minutes from Carolina Forest and all the great dining options there.

Getting Around:
A Car is Recommended. Uber is available in the area but can be limited at times.

Great view of the ICW
Condo was very clean with everything we needed. The view from the patio of the Inter Coastal Waterway was great.

Family vacation
This is our second time staying here. Everything is always nice. The location is about 10 minutes for everything we like to do and the view of the water from the patio is beautiful.

Stay for baseball tournament
We had a great stay for our son’s baseball tournament. Central location, quiet community, all the amenities you need to keep two boys busy. Very clean and well decorated condo. We truly enjoyed our stay. Barrett was wonderful to work with. Highly recommended! We plan to book here for any future trips to the area.

Great location! Great view!
This was a great centrally located condo. The pool was nice and tennis courts as well. A few minor problems. The washing machine was very loud and the shower head in the master bath would not stay up but overall the condo was great! The property managers were very easy to work with and were very kind and always got back to us promptly. The view of the water and balcony were great! Our family had a great time. I would recommend this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location was great! You could sit outside and watch the boats on the Inter-coastal Waterway. We had a nice view of the fireworks being set off by homeowners across the way for July 4th. The property condition was very neat & clean. The parking was close to the unit. The unit is extremely close to many attractions. Setting up the reservation was easy. Our only issues were that the security gate was not working properly and it was finally taken down. Several times we had to wait for another car to open the gate for us. Also, when we arrived the key to the unit was not in the lock box which was a bit frustrating. All in all it was a great place to stay!
