We were without a car. The area offered many opportunities for food & entertainment. The indoor pool was nicely heated. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves lap the shore!

Nice property that is well maintained. The room furniture is a little outdated and shows wear & tear. Needs to be replaced. Housekeeping staff was not very friendly. Did not leave towels one day. We had to go ask for them at night. BUT…incredible location right on the Boardwalk next to the Sky Wheel. Would definitely stay here again.

The location and rooms were great, the BIG issue was the timeshare sell the front desk directed me to without telling me that was what it was. I greatly dislike being forced to listen to someone trying to talk me into scheduling a timeshare sales meeting at the check in and definitely do not like the misleading send over from the hotel staff. I know it is a common practice but it is one that should stop. If you want to sell timeshares you should have marketing in a space and NOT direct customers to it, give them the info and let them choose if they want to go over to speak with them. Another idea is NOT to put them in the only path in and out, perhaps on the other side of the lobby near the window would have been less obtrusive.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and after experiencing Bar Harbor on Ocean Blvd, my expectations were in Hell hahaha. Got great rest and the staff was so welcoming and pleasant. Will definitely revisit when we come back to Myrtle Beach and you will get a recommendation to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work! Oh and they were also clean and no bedbugs or mold, which is an upgrade from Bar Harbor Hotel.
