No carts, one man all most fallen, because the curb and trying to take the cart off the curb, water pressure was very low. Towels were not that clean, we had to go at the front desk to get toilet paper. No fan in the bathroom, and the parking area was okay.

I usually love staying at this location. This time I wasn’t very pleased. I will say check in was great & lady at the desk was very nice. I didn’t sleep well because our floor & room smelt like smoke which I absolutely hate. But when we went down for breakfast the next morning it was not stocked like it usually is. Everything was empty and just not keep up with. Out of almost everything. I can definitely tell there has to have been an staff change. Then to top it off we accidentally left my daughter volleyball jersey in the room that most likely got mixed up with the towels but when I went back to hotel to get it the guy at the desk said no one had turned in anything. So I called back the next day and the next day after that and nothing. But I know we left it in our room.

The property was good but need some updating. The furniture in the rooms need to be updated also, there was no comforter the fitted the king size bed. The breakfast needs more variety. The staff at the front desk were excellent.

The bathroom was disgusting. Shower/Tub had rusted and was painted over and caulked around in multiple areas. The shower head was rusted and parts pulled away from the wall. Urine in the toilet and trash left in the trash can.

Overall it was okay. The breakfast saturday morning was good. But then Sunday and Monday it was the same food they put back out. You could tell. One of the mattresses in our room was broken it caved in so badly that when you got in the bed you fell to the middle.
