Large Oceanfront Condo at Carolina Dunes by Luxury Beach Rentals

Located in the Carolina Dunes. Enjoy beautiful views of the ocean from the oversized balcony of this updated 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo! You will feel right at home with its large open kitchen, flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, spacious living room and a private balcony giving plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation. This condo has two queen beds in the master along with a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Carolina Dunes is located in the prestigious Golden Mile section of Myrtle Beach, known for being centrally located to all the Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and within walking distance of two restaurants, a bar and Starbucks! The Carolina Dunes also offers a Large outdoor pool and sunning deck with tables, umbrellas and chairs kiddie pool, courtyard, private walkway to the beach, outdoor showers, lobby, luggage carts, free wifi and onsite parking.

-4 beach chairs provided for our guests use.

-This is a non smoking unit. Smoking permitted outside of condo.

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

-25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

-7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

-Pool heated October 1st - December 31st and March 1st to May 15th

Wonderful stay at this property, very clean and beautiful location
My wife and i stayed at this property with our nieces and nephew. The beds were comfortable and the condo very nice, clean and accommodating. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. If we visit Myrtle Beaxh again, we will be sure to book this property and would highly recommend!!!

we really enjoyed our stay at Carolina Dunes 104. The photos were very accurate. Very clean and spacious. One of the nicest. We felt like we were home away from home. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m unfortunately was not happy with this condo, it is not a first time for me staying at this building ( but different condos), by far this one is a worse one. The closet door is not working, the bathtub is extremely thin and I was afraid to go in , because it is feel like it will break while I was taking a shower, it was a lots of holes in the both bathroom walls, the ceiling in the bedroom has a huge dark spots , inside the closet in the bedroom wall is peeling, the toilet you need to flush a few times, the sofa mattress is dirty and old and the whole condo needs a thorough cleaning

The kitchen utensils were sparse and the silverware drawer had crumbs in it. The 2 beds in the bedroom are worn but comfortable enough. The issue was the bedspreads, pillows, and the blankets (not sheets). The looked and smelled dirty. We enjoys our vacation as we easily overcame these inconveniences but would have expected more with the price. The pool and overall location to beach is fantastic. Clean lobby and pool as there was someone always around cleaning something. Loved the place just not the condo

The only down side is the furnishing and flooring could use some updating. We will definitely be back but may choose to stay at a more updated unit.

Wonderful New Place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not able to get a 2 bed, 2 bath but we were able to get a 1 bed, 1.5 bath. This was perfect for our family - plenty of room. The parking was a little tight but overall good. Our room was clean and spacious. The electronic lock on our down needed a new battery which they sent out a locksmith within an hour. We also had the A/C go out on our last day and management sent out a repairman within a few hours. The plumbing and bathrooms could be updated but overall, not a problem. My family and I decided this was the most relaxing property we have stayed in 25+ years of traveling to MB. We look forward to a return trip.
