Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
We checked into this property and were shocked at the cleanliness of the room we were in. I have pictures of the floor where we wiped one square foot of the floor and the towel was black. Those floors had not been cleaned in a very long time. The furniture was not dusted and the overall feeling of cleanliness of less than adequate. I also asked for more towels at the front desk and they asked me if I had a washer and dryer, which we did not. They reluctantly gave us more towels. We were called on a number of occasions to go to a sales pitch (which they reiterated was not a timeshare) and then when we told them we were not buying anything, they insisted we go for the free gifts, which were appreciated as we sat through an hour-long presentation where we had no intentions of buying anything. I was just disappointed at the quality of the unit we stayed in and the cleanliness and I really wondered if the bedding was changed. We probably will not return to this property.
