Oceanfront property. Stayed on the 12th floor with a good view of the city and the water. Suite had plenty of space. Staff was nice and helpful. Was nice to have parking on the property but the spaces were very tight. Everything was as the website said with a great view of the ocean.

The resort was in off season but we were put in a room in the middle of the construction. The front desk knew water was going to be turned off for hours on certain floors and they put is in the room that maintenence kept having to access bc the whole floors plumbing was there. The hot tubs and lazy river were cold. The work outaide went on all day fri and sat with workers at our balcony. Shame on the staff for not blocking our certain rooms.

It is an excellent location and has great friendly staff all around. Building is very old and probably approaching a major renovation. Parking with a overhead cargo was a nightmare as the parking garage ceilings are very low. Balcony smoking is not permitted, which is unreasonable.
