One-bedroom condo in a gated community with an outdoor and indoor pool with hot tub located on the Intracoastal Waterway. About 12 minutes (4.6 miles) from the beach. Perfect for traveling couples, small families, military-friendly, or solo travelers. There is also a nice walking path around the complex, grills, a tennis/pickleball and basketball court, and a little putt-putt area.

***No pets, motorcycles, RVs, campers, commercial vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property.

The unit faces the lush River Oaks Golf Course and has a beautiful porch view with a nice patio set to sit and relax or eat a meal. Many golfers are out on the course playing! This condo is centrally located to almost everything in Myrtle Beach. Perfect if you are working from home right now. Can accommodate weekly or monthly rentals!

Perfect condo in Myrtle Beach!
My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth's property! This was the perfect distance from everything that you could possibly want to do or need in the Myrtle Beach area. The property was very clean and had everything we could need. We will definitely be visiting again someday!
