We had a great stay. There was a few things that could have been better. The carts to transport luggage was small and not at all easy to use! And the cleaning staff knocked but tried them just walk in when we were still in room. We asked them to come back later and bring towels and stuff which they never did. Then on last day we were there about 9:30 AM they just came d as no opened the door. No knocking or anything. I was going back and forth taking things down to car my wife was still getting ready to leave and he walked in on her. I told the front desk about it and said it was a good thing she was dressed already because we eould have had a very serious situation. But over all it was a great stay celebrating our 27th Anniversary!!

Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. The property needs repair. Toilet leaking and roaches on walls. Hot tub closed, pool closed, arcade closed, and water park was 2 blocks from our room. Which we did not venture out that far cause Hallways under construction and poor lighting in hallways and walkways.

The times that the amenities opportunity don't make sense. Check-in time is 4 pm the water park closes at 4. The pizzeria that was supposed to stay open late was closed, so the food options were off-site. The Hotel doesn't offer late check-out so we only had about 40 minutes at the water park that opens at 10. Which worked out because only one waterslide worked well. The others didn't have enough water pressure to slide my 3 yr down without getting stuck. My family and I got checked out at 11 and decided to go to The Family Fun Zone. Which we later found out it doesn't open until 1. So even if you wanted to stick around and enjoy the hotel amenities they don't make it easy.
