Great location, easy access.
My wife and I stayed in early December 2024. The accomodations were exactly as described. Communication with the owners was clear and concise. They made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the ability to park within 50 feet of the condo. We will be back.

Myself and my tween and teen had a nice stay. The heated pools and hot tub were a big hit! The location felt safe and right on the beach. Communication with the hosts was great, and the condo itself was clean and perfect for our needs.

Beautiful on the Beach. Immaculately clean well stocked.
The condo was easy check in and out. Lots of amenities. I stay at alot of VRBO this place was immaculately clean. Best keep gem in Myrtle Beach. Well stocked. Thanks for sharing your condo. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The washer abd dryer was a plus.

This was our first time to Myrtle Beach, and I researched many rentals. I chose this one because of the reviews for cleanliness, communication with the owner, and location. Well, we were not disappointed. It was exactly as listed. Check in was easy, we were able to park in the parking garage on the same floor as the room. When we arrived, the room was clean and ready for us. The third floor view was amazing! We never had any issues the whole time we were there, but the owners kept in touch just to make sure. We would definitely go back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holiday Sands South Beach condo. It's right on the beach and convenient to anything you would want. Nice pools, excellent view, great condo, and the owners were very helpful and friendly to work with before we arrived and while we were there. We would definitely stay her again!!

Clean condo with great view!
The condo was just a described, very clean. All the basic essentials were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/dishes etc. The beds felt soft but great support. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus.

Beach Getaway
I chose this specific property because it was right on the beach with an oceanview from the balcony and an indoor pool (also had a hot tub and lazy river!) in case of bad weather. I took my parents and 2 kids (16 and 11) for a mini beach getaway and we all had an amazing time. The condo is well maintained, clean, and nicely updated. Wi-fi is excellent, the kids had no problem playing their roblox games. There were a total of 4 beds, so the kids did not have to share which was a plus! Full size kitchen meant we were able to cook meals with groceries we picked up at the nearby super walmart. Condo located just south of the downtown busy Myrtle Beach area so it was still within walking distance to some restaurants but more laidback and not congested. The condo had everything we needed including beach gear such as boogie boards, beach chair/mat, and sand toys. Garage parking convenient and on the same level as the condo. Our host was always responsive and checked in throughout our stay. Kevin and Sharon were so kind and accommodating to our needs and provided thorough instructions for check-in and check-out which made the process smooth and easy. Thanks again Kevin and Sharon, we'll definitely stay again whenever we're in the area and try our luck at finding ghost crabs on the beach at night!

Quick Family Vacay
We needed somewhere to stay for a quick trip to MB so we could go to the Animal Crossing event at Ripley’s and have a little family beach time. This place was perfect. Having four beds made it comfortable for everyone. Check in was quick and it was so easy to unload and get straight to enjoying our vacation. Thanks for a great time!

Great Condo
We loved the condo. It was so clean and stocked with everything you need to stay for the week. It's location was perfect for us. My granddaughter loved all of the pools. And the owners are awesome. They check in with you to make sure everything is ok and make sure that if anything is wrong to please let them know. We had a great time and can't wait until our next visit to Myrtle Beach. We will definitely be staying at this condo again.
