Condo has been remodeled very nicely and has the look and feel of a warm cozy atmosphere. Amazing sunrise views from your balcony! Condo is Oceanfront! Right on the Beach! Your Backyard is Sand! Walking distance to restaurants, dollar stores, Starbucks, Ben and Jerrys, bars, T shirt shops, Beach Bums, Soho, River City Café and the sky wheel. A Short Stroll Down the Boulevard Takes You to the New Amusement Funplex and Skywheel! Located within minutes to Broadway at the Beach, the Minor League Ballpark and the Convention Center. Large screen TV in bedroom and living room with cable TV as an added bonus. Free parking! Free internet/WIFI. Bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. One of the best-looking condos at the resort. Large lazy river, two hot tubs. Several pools, indoor (heated) and out. Everything in walking distance. Renovated with tile/ travertine flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator, freshly painted walls, very comfortable king-sized bed, Stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and plenty of utensils. Room was nice but it whoever cleaned it didn’t take the time to make sure their cleaning rags were put up. And they left hair in the bathtub. Other than that everything was nice.

The area is wonderful and so are the pools and access to the beach. But the condo itself needs a lot of updating. And the house cleaners need to give more attention to baseboards that are black. Tv screens, mirrors. And no smoke

Boardwalk is not for AARP members-PEOPLE RELAXING
This hotel is for young families that can yell and scream all night long. We booked suite at top of hotel, they put us over the pool we could not see the beach, and heard kids till we went to bed. Facilities is being torn down. Neighbor room got locked in and they had to dismantle door and lock system took hours, kids screaming, all because of maintenance not being done. Front desk does not care about anyone. We have hundreds of condos, houses, and mansion rentals as we have need 8-10 bedrooms when we are all traveling. I am Chairman works in 55 countries. WE SUGGEST GO TO BREAKERS FIVE STAR THREE HOTELS DOWN.

We were in a situation where we needed to change condo locations quickly and this was available and the hosts were very accommodating to get us in early. Condo is nice but could use a few updates. Noise was bad from the pool directly below the condo (we had screaming kids each day and it echoed throughout). Jacuzzi tub wasNice.

The photos made the room look wonderful. The couch inside the residence is very old with stains. The room is not central air/heat there is are two large a/c units in the wall inside. The bed is located right by the door so you will hear all interactions as they pass by the door. The location was on the 1st floor so the view of the ocean was not visible due to trees being in the way. The pool water was very cloudy and there was trash and other items on the elevators. Across the street is an old broke down motel where several individuals stayed. A lot of homeless people close by and overall just not safe if you have teenagers who may just want to walk the beach. As far as the room, depending on what you like it maybe be suitable but it more like a motel 6 with a small kitchen and slight view. The couch seriously needs to go it’s nasty. The owners are very nice but obviously this is a business where money is to be made.

The only thing we liked was the bed. We slept good on the bed. The whole condo complex is very old and needs to be totally refurbished. Sooo outdated. Getting and out of the shower/tub is very dangerous to get in and out of. When you sit on the couch you sink to the floor. My husband had to help me up off of it. I will not rent there again unless things do not change.

Pictures were a bit deceiving
The location was great overall and the view was lovely. We were shocked when we walked in as the unit was definitely worn. You walk in to the bedroom from the outside corridor which was a bit disconcerting. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was ok. The appliances were new but the cabinets were worn and didn’t stay closed. The couch is worn and definitely uncomfortable. The first part of the week was quiet but the last two days were disturbingly noisy. We loved Myrtle Beach and will definitely be returning though we will look for other accommodations that are hopefully newer and quieter.

Honeymoon condo
We had a wonderful stay in the condo. It had everything we needed. We loved the fireplace , the jacuzzi tub, and the comfortable bed. It was in walking distance to the board walk and grocery store. We really had an amazing time here.
