Enjoy this comfortable condo on the 11th floor with ocean view balcony
Spacious two bedroom condo on the beach. Come enjoy the beach, heated indoor and outdoor pools, and tons of other amenities. Gated indoor parking deck, conveniently walk to the elevators from your car in the parking deck. Very secure and well managed resort to enjoy a relaxing family vacation.

Show your ID and license plate number to the front desk ,who will issue the key cards to the building and room and up to two parking passes.
Then you may drive your car to the blue tall building to the south (right) of the registration office, and use the key card to open the gate to the garage. Please unload on the ground floor as luggage carts are only on this floor.
Then you may park on any level of the parking deck where a space available. You would need the key cards to open the door to the elevator area.

Great little beach Condo
Clean , neat, modern condo. Stayed with my wife and Brother and his wife. Sleeps all of us and we had some privacy too with how the place was set up. Perfect for what we needed!

Great short trip
Very clean and nicely updated condo with nice ocean views looking north. The condo is not directly facing the water but has balcony access from both the master and living room. Bathrooms were clean and the water is hotttt! The pools were clean and warm, but fyi, there isn’t an outdoor pool. My only request would be a few beach towels. I am sure that information was included in the description but it would be a nice touch for people trying to travel light. It was a great spot for a college visit and golf weekend and we will likely be back.

Pros - nice condo, good location, great beach area right outside of building, great views from condo, nice pools in condo, convenient parking. Cons - towards the end of our stay the air conditioner wouldn’t go below 76. It was hot. Reached out to owner numerous times by both text and email and never got a response.

Great location!!
Loved the location of this property!! We loved staying on the beach and the view from the balcony was great! You went down the elevator to 1st floor and exited right to the beach! We rented chairs and umbrellas when we got to the beach. The rooms were nice! If there was anything to complain about would be no windows in one of the bedrooms and the balcony doors were not cleaned well. And not complaining at all. The parking garage can be a little tricky so just drive slowly in it, but it is in the same building as the condo so that is a big plus! Let the owner know of a couple of things and the communication was great!! Other than that we loved it!!

This condo is reasonably priced for the size and location to surrounding activities (all under 20 minutes). Our hostess, Janet, communicated quickly whenever we had questions. You can send a direct text, email, or use the Vrbo inbox. We loved she responded quickly irregardless of which method we used. Check-in was fast and guest services were friendly. Guest parking is available in the garage or in the lot across from the check-in building if you prefer open spaces. Although they only allow two parking passes, you can park extra vehicles in any public city parking location for free if you have a military, veteran, or disabled tag/sticker in view. Otherwise, you can park for $18/day. There are multiple pools (indoor and outdoor) open from 9am-10pm as well as an indoor mini lazy river, a jacuzzi, and a splash area for children. You can use the pools in either of the bildings for the resort. The condo is clean, has lovely decor, extra bedding, and basic cooking and eating utinsels. There are some cleaning supplies as well as a washer and dryer. The condo we had allowed us to access the balcony from the master bedroom and living room with a side view of the ocean. There is free wifi with the password located on your key card envelope. Note: if you need to request extended stay or late check-out, contact the hostess directly instead of the front desk so arrangements can be made with housekeeping otherwise guest services will say it is not allowed. 5 stars for price and service.

Great getaway
I booked this based off the location of the property and was not disappointed at all. It was right off the beach and had a great view from the balcony. It was very close to all the local attractions and still a good distance from all the hustle and bustle. The unit itself was fantastic. The layout of the condo is truly what attracted me to booking it. While most condos have the entrance to the unit go into a bedroom and then the living room/kitchen, this unit enters into a small foyer where the bedrooms are off to the opposite sides of the unit. The king bed has the balcony and view of the ocean while the second bedroom has two queen beds and no window. It wasn't a big deal but it does make the room blah without a view. Oh well, not a deal breaker. The rest of the unit was clean and kept up really good. We spent most of our time out and about, so using the kitchen wasn't part of our stay, but it did look stocked with all the necessary utensils. There was a washer and dryer and two bathrooms. Again, the entire unit was very clean and well kept. I definitely hope to return to this specific unit in the future. The unit helped create awesome memories, and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to stay here.
