Additional amenities include the year-round outdoor pool tucked within a tropical courtyard of towering palm trees, picnic grilling area, outdoor shower rinsing station, wireless internet, three elevators, and two coin-operated laundry rooms with trash chutes on every floor.

Bring (or rent) bikes and pedal along the popular Waccamaw Neck Bikeway that passes through this community. HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
