Beautiful hotel. Convenient area with lots to do very close by. Shopping and dining options very near. Helpful staff. Big room with beautiful color theme throughout the hotel. Bathroom door does not lock from inside and its location does not provide privacy. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Missing omelette, bread, cold cuts, cheese, etc. Otherwise, lovely hotel.

My stay was disappointing. From the moment I checked in, the experience felt off. There was no friendly greeting, and they didn’t go over the typical check-in details like the deposit hold or how it would be released, which most hotels explain upfront. When I got to my room, I was surprised to find dirty sheets and had to call housekeeping to have them replaced. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was an issue—a laundry bag sat in the hallway for two days, and there were noticeable stains on the carpets near the elevators. The one bright spot was the beach, but unfortunately, the hotel didn’t live up to its location.
