Perfect family vacation

Pretty dirty, hodgepodge of dishes, towels are awful and stained. The sheets are colored and that means that they don't bleach them which is pretty gross. And, no wine opener which is ridiculous!

My wife, me and 3 of our boys went for a final family vacation. The house had enough space for everyone to have the there own space. Very nice condition and full amenities. If i needed something from the host she responded quickly. I was very satisfied with this place and me and my wife may return again.

Great Location and Amazing Stay
Our family decided to spend the holiday break at this beautiful property and it was an amazing stay. The house was affordable, accommodating and spacious. This space was a 3 minute walk from the beach, and within 10-15 minutes of the mall, the movies, and Broadway at the beach. The host was kind and very responsive This is definitely a property we will revisit again.

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay while in town for my daughter’s softball tournament. Less than 10 minutes from the field and everything else we wanted to do! Definitely will be booking again!
Check in/check out progress was so easy! The location itself was perfect, out of the way, not much traffic which was exactly what we wanted.. walking distance to the beach is perfect for a family and young children. Beds were so comfortable, by far best rental bed I’ve ever slept on. Cleaning fee is a bit much as we did have to clean a bit more than we wanted. Might want to bring your own bakeware or aluminum foil baking dishes as they were not usable and maybe an upgrade in broom/dust pan, considering the traffic/beach sand. We did have an issue with the TVs but our crew brought their own gadgets so it wasn’t a big deal. We definitely will be booking again soon hopefully. We all truly enjoyed our little vacation, we were able to relax and feel like we were home. There was plenty of space for everyone in our party of 7 which included 2 teenagers, 3 smaller children and 2 moms.

Generally excellent stay, with a few caveats
I stayed in the house with my wife and two teenaged kids, along with a friend and his wife and two teenaged kids. Generally the house was great. There was enough room for all of us, even if the rooms are smaller in reality than in the pictures. Val was exceptionally responsive to any questions or issues, and there were a couple. The first thing to know is that there is no broadcast TV, only streaming. That was surprising. Streaming is fine for watching a movie, but not ideal for sports, news, or just sitting down for a few minutes to kill some time. Also, the streaming did not work at all on the living room, but my guess is that will be addressed before long. Either way, the TV situation as a whole was frustrating and disappointing. You also need to be aware of what you will need to provide. While bath towels are provided, beach towels are not. Also, make sure things like toilet paper and laundry detergent are on your shopping list. Soap too, for the shower. The house is in a great location. I think the longest drive we ever took was about a half hour. Most of the local stuff is jut a few minutes away. The beach is across the street, about a 5 minute walk. I didn't use it the pool, but the kids said it was good. Overall we were happy with our stay. The minor inconveniences aside, it was way better than a hotel.

Enough space for everyone
Our group of 5 (2 couples, one solo) enjoyed a really comfortable stay. Plenty of room for everyone (plus a spare bedroom in case a partner snored too loudly). There was more than enough bedding and towels. Having a washer and dryer and outdoor shower was a real game changer, too. Val was quick to respond and really helpful. It was the perfect place for our off season getaway

Fourth of July Trip
This property is absolutely amazing! The 1 min walk to the beach help out so much because have 2 toddler and carrying all the beach stuff would have ended me if we weren’t so close. All the amenities in the house were so clean, easy to use and made this trip more relaxing. The owner is super responsive. That five stars isn’t enough to justify how fast the owner response. I had to drive down for 8+ hours to get here and when I walked into this property, a sense of relief came because everything and the whole experience was exactly how it’s detailed to be.
