Downtown Mystic Flat - Newly Renovated

Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 1 is located on the first floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave

Perfect location
Nice job preserving and renovating an old building. Within walking distance of downtown Mystic, the Noank Mystic Library and great pubs. And we loved the bells from the Baptist Church just up the street.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Mystic. The space is SO well done, has every amenity you would need and a great location to all Mystic has to offer. Excellent Feng Shui
The apartment is gorgeous, perfectly laid out for comfort and efficiency. My wife wants to remodel our house in imitation. The location is also perfect, easy access to everything Mystic. I can't recommend this listing enough.

A thoroughly excellent place to stay
It was wonderful. Very clean, well kept, a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious refrigerator/freezer, excellent coffees and teas. Even cookies 🍪 which were a nice touch. Plenty of electrical outlets. Wireless chargers. A fully stocked bathroom. A firm bed and a large screen TV. An excellent location. Walkable to everything. We highly recommend staying here.

Every aspect of our stay was fantastic!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely VRBO. Adorable place that was decorated so well! Every amenity you could need. Although we did not need them, the unit was supplied with a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, dishwasher and induction stove top. All the amenities left for us were high-quality: soaps, dishes, coffee (GREAT COFFEE!!). Cleanliness of the property was amazing, and excellent communication with Michael. Thanks so much for our lovely stay, we truly enjoyed it!

Amazing Rental and Location
The Downtown Mystic Flat is a perfect rental! You are one block away from the start of everything downtown....bars, restaurants, shopping, walking path beside the river, etc.... The parking is in a lot directly in front of the building. And inside we had everything we needed. We got out and walked every day and had everything right at out fingertips. Mike was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing a long list of food and activity recommendations before our trip and answering our questions and concerns with fast response times. Couldn't speak more highly of this rental.

Fabulous! They’ve thought of everything!
I wasn’t expecting to be so happy. The location was perfect. A 1/2 block from the main corridor, but completely quiet and peaceful. Adults only in this historic house. Decorated with style and comfort in mind. Even the shampoo and soap brands were so thoughtful and classy. The nepresso machine was a great touch! There was a beach bag with two beach towels hanging on the wall, and brand new beach chairs with back pack straps attached, all a surprise, as they weren’t in the description. Even the light switches were unusual and cool, almost all dimmable. The host was super cool. All of his recommendations were dead on and added flavor and fun to our trip. I requested to see the other units to see the decorating, as my place was so fun. The other units were even BETTER! Can’t wait to come back with my daughter and her partner!!! Thanks Mike and Tim!

40th Birthday Surprise
I booked this property to surprise my wife for a 40th birthday, no kids getaway-we couldn’t have asked for better! The apartment location and access are perfect. A short walk to the main section of downtown Mystic. Unless you have mobility issues (walking uphill, steep stairs, etc.) this property is perfect. Check-in was fast and easy since we are tech-savvy. Older or less tech-inclined people might struggle with the door key code, but it’s intuitive. Inside was wonderfully appointed with plenty of lights, contemporary amenities, and all the comforts of home. Again, less tech-savvy folks might struggle with the tv but we didn’t bother with it anyhow. We made great use of the Nespresso machine, however, and loved the built-in ice maker. Washer and dryer worked great for us, including the available tide pods. Michael has pretty much thought of everything! Our only suggestions for guests: 1) If you’re spoiled like we are by your mattress and pillow, consider bringing your own pillow and realize it’s a rental property mattress. 2) Bring a sound machine or use your phone (mag chargers next to the bed are a great touch!) because it is exceptionally quiet. 3) My wife recommends you shave your legs before arriving because the beautiful shower is not built for it (I laughed when she said this but couldn’t leave it out!) Next time we are child-free, we will certainly stay here. An amazing property, wonderful host, and exceptional location-this is everything you could want!
