Wonderful retreat!
Th studio was perfect - well appointed and had amazing views. It was wonderful to sit outside and look out into the water and all the lights from the other side. I would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful home and wonderful hosts
We had a great stay at Kris and Beth’s place. They were wonderful hosts and have a beautiful property. We had a relaxing weekend, their oysters are amazing, and nights sitting by the pit fire and looking out over the water was peaceful. Highly recommend a long weekend here.

Spectacular Seaside Escape 💕
The 180 degree water view is stunning but the tranquility that view in-vibes is priceless. Absolutely loved this experience waterfront view, homey, comfortable and the location and proximity to downtown made this one of the best VRBO stays. Beth and Kris are wonderful host. Wonderful stay in Mystic
We truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The views are amazing! The apartment is clean and comfortable. It feels much more spacious than a studio apartment. It was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. I would highly recommend it for a couple.

Picture perfect!
Staying in the studio is like living in a picture postcard...the views are amazing day and night, even when the fog rolled in early one morning. Kris and Beth were perfect hosts, and the ducks and dogs were totally entertaining. Definitely our new place to stay in Mystic!

A Fantastic Retreat
The Studio by the Sea is such a fantastic place to stay. You’re walking distance to the bridge and the center of town, yet you have a peaceful escape any time you need it. The fishing is wonderful, and our little boy loved being able to fish right from the yard. Kris, Beth, and their family are amazingly nice and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay!

We didn't want to leave.
We enjoyed our stay in Mystic so much that we didn't want to leave. The location is ideal - very peaceful yet close to so many attractions. The hosts were very welcoming, and we enjoyed visiting with them. And the ducks! So cute. But for us the best part was the view. So very restful. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again some day.

Gorgeous Mystic property
This property is gorgeous directly on the water. The studio apartment is genorously sized, we were aBle to setup a packnplay crib for our 14month old. All rooms have views with operable windows for a great breeze and the sounds of the waves. The homeowners were so friendly and even caught a duck so our daughter could pet him. We cant wait to visit again!

Best VRBO rental ever!
We have rented many places through VRBO but this wonderful studio was our best overall experience. We stayed here for a month and couldn't have been happier. The host and his family were gracious, helpful, and friendly, and the apartment was the best of all worlds. It had jaw dropping water views, convenience to town, high end finishes, and yet also had privacy, parking, and a lovely outdoor space with comfy chairs, fire pit, and barbecue grill. There is also a YMCA just across the bay that I would kayak to from the house. (or you can walk or drive) We look forward to coming back again some day!
