"After numerous confirmations no one picked me up from the airport at 3:30 AM. Instead I had to walk through a dangerous neighborhood. The back door gate wouldn’t let me in so made me walk further with no lights on in the morning. When I arrived at the hotel they didn’t have my reservation, in fact I gave them the room number I was taking and the gentleman staying in there to check in earlier… Somehow they didn’t have the information. Instead, I had to take another room and resolve it the next...
