"They let us check-in early. The breakfast was nice. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It's definitely the best hotel in Cao Bang. The staff during the evening was very nice, however, the staff during the morning wasn't good (the girl wasn't friendly and she wasn't helpful. Her English is very basic). "

"Even though the booking was confirmed and paid for, there was no room available on arrival. They said this was because they forgot to update availability on the website. These mistakes can happen ofcourse, but even though it was their fault, it took a lot of time and convincing before I got my money back.
