"This is my second time staying at this hotel. This time I have selected river view room. Glad to be able to view Mt Fuji while I am working! Convienent location - close to Shibuya, many shops/restaurants just below the hotel. Staff are very nice and helpful with Amazon packages and also to resolve my issues with highway bus online reservation and payment. They helped me to call highway bus to figure out my mistakes (e.g. need to switch to Japanese keyboard to type my Japanese name). Many thanks. "
