From the moment we were greeted by the genuinely warm welcoming staff at the passenger waiting area, the deck, and the front desk and all throughout our 3 days 2 nights stay here, we have experienced the real "Omotenashi"here. Every moment of our stay here was just perfect!! 立地、料理は素晴らしいですが・・・
家内と熊野三山詣での折に利用しました。HPも見て、静かな雰囲気と丁寧な料理を期待して選びました。立地、料理、温泉は素晴らしいと思います。 しかし、利用した当日はお世辞にも品があるとは言えない団体客がおり、食事中も大きな声で騒がしく私達2人の会話も聞こえません。何か安い居酒屋チェーン店で食事をしている感じでした。頭に風呂で使ったタオルを乗せ、鉢巻きにしたまま大きな声と笑い声で食事をされていましたので、料理の味も覚えていない位です。せめて、団体客を別会場、別時間にするなどの対応をして欲しいですね。食後、静かなラウンジで過ごしていても、また団体客がやってきて騒がしくなり、こちらは退散。外国人観光客も顔を歪めていましたね。 たまたま運が悪い日に当たったのかも知れませんが、団体客のマネジメントを考えて頂きたいと思います。
