Three bedroom 2 1/2 bath 2600 sq ft waterfront home with amazing big water views from almost every window!.

Enjoy nature and wildlife at our secluded lakefront oasis on one of the prettiest points on Lake Sam Rayburn. The home has 25 windows over looking big water for miles! The entrance to the property has an automatic iron and stone privacy gate and upon your arrival you will receive the remote control for the gate opener.

Bring your boat! This property is 10 minutes to Monterey park boat ramp and 8 minutes Hanks Creek boat ramp. You are also welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

This is a one-of-a-kind property located on a secluded point on Lake Sam Rayburn, adjacent to the Angelina National Forest. Naturalists will be thrilled to observe all the forest and the lake has to offer, including bald eagles, woodpeckers, heron, loons, ducks , Texas White Pellicans , hummingbirds, turkey, deer , otters, and foxes. Bald Eagles land in trees on the point and dive into the water to catch their fish so bring your high speed cameras and binoculars!

Charlie and Molly are exceptional hosts. They respond extremely quickly to questions and communicate clearly. They are both so friendly and pour on the Southern Hospitality! They have also been very flexible in working with us during several stays at their property. They go above and beyond to provide extras that other VRBOs don't. They have PODS for coffee, ingredients for SMORES and hot dogs and other treats but I won't list them all and spoil all the surprises for your stay. You will be blown away that's for sure :) Their home is amazing. The views from every room are incredible and allow their guests to enjoy the outdoors from the indoors. So no matter the weather, you will be engulfed in nature all around you. They have continued to add extras which add to the fun of enjoying the outdoors. Fire pits, plenty of outdoor seating, and added deck space. The swing next to the lake is comfy and provides a good spot to watch the birds and deer. We can't say enough positive things about the hosts and the property. We will go back again and again.

Relaxing and peaceful getaway perfect for a group of friends
The house is amazing! Everything from the infinity gaming table, to the massage chair to the espresso machine made us feel pampered! Nothing can beat the sound of the wind in the tress and the birds while you sit out back though. We will definitely be back!

This is one my favorite places I have stayed on Rayburn. The views are awesome, the property is therapeutic but most of all Charlie and Mollie are by far the best host we have ever had. Amazing lake house!
We rented the Eagles Point property based on the scenic lake view photos and high rating, and the stay exceeded our expectations. The property itself is a dream…very secluded, tall trees everywhere, on a bluff with expansive views of lake, house has TONS of windows with nonstop lake views. The owners go above and beyond to provide an amazing experience for families or couples, including complimentary chocolate truffles, s’mores supplies, waters, extra ice, firewood, toothbrush kits, condiments, breakfast foods, and more! These were in addition to the other awesome features, such as electronic game table, huge TV, ping pong table, massage chair, fire pits/features, paddle boards, etc., that kept my wife, myself, and two teens constantly entertained and relaxed. Even our dog was in heaven exploring the outdoors with us. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing!!!
Our oldest flew in from Utah and we took 6 people, dogs, 2 trucks and lots of food. We didn't know what to expect, and we were amazed by the location and the home. Charlie and Mollie are the most amazing VRBO owners. They had goodies for us to enjoy, and firewood for the fireplace. We saw the eagles in the mornings and enjoyed the views every morning and evening. We will be back for sure. Thank you again and have a Happy New year!

This great house was perfect for two couples to relax and enjoy the scenery together. Two king beds made it comfortable. A well-stocked kitchen made it convenient. A large living area with fireplace, big screen smart tv and extremely comfortable seating made it cozy. The ping pong table in the garage made it fun! So many extras the hosts provided made it downright luxurious! And the views from both inside and on the decks were breathtaking! So quiet. so peaceful. So perfect! Thank you Millie and Charlie for sharing it with us! We loved every minute!

Wonderful house on the lake
We very much enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend at the house. The owners were great. The house had everything: it was very well-equipped as a short-term rental, far beyond expectations. The location is fabulous, and the kids enjoyed being out on the water despite the November temperatures.

We have been blessed to be able to travel the world. We have stayed at many many VRBOs. I also fancy myself to be a wonderful Southern hostess. So, to be blown away by such a fabulous home and friendly owners was a delightful surprise! The house was impeccably clean. Mollie has thought of every single nice little touch a person would want. It was a heavenly weekend of sitting on the deck, cooking, playing cards, laughing, kayaking and general relaxation. The message chair was wonderful. Now my husband wants one. Ha! Thank-you so much for opening your home up to those of us who don't have a lake house. It was a special weekend. We will be back!

Charlie and Mollie are outstanding hosts. The house and property are beautiful. The amenities they provide are fabulous. Infinity game table, massage chair, ping pong table, espresso machine, drip coffee machine, gas grill, fire pit, paddle boards, and kayaks available for use. The yard is like a park, overlooks the lake, and has amazing sunsets. If you have a boat, Hanks creek boat ramp is easily accessible, less than 10 minutes drive away and is a straight shot to the house by boat. You can tie your boat up at the property to avoid daily launch and recovery. I’m sure I’m forgetting something, but let me tell you, you will not be disappointed at Eagles Point. We highly recommend this property!

Eagle's Pointe is THE Place to stay!!
What can I add to the glowing reviews by others? The hosts were fantastic and provided so many extras - 2 bottles of wine, lots of water bottles, great coffee (which helped since we forgot ours), bug spray, eggs and bacon, hot dogs & buns, s'mores kit, bathroom sundries....you get the idea. The house was filled with comfortable furniture and the deck was shaded most of the time as we lounged around the beautiful property. Best VRBO I've ever rented!!! We will return!!

Charlie and Mollie are hands down the best VRBO host we have experienced. Communication is prompt and friendly. Directions to find the home were a breeze. I could not believe how well appointed the home was. There were so many extras like a s’mores kit, starter breakfast and lunch items, trash bags, toiletries in case you left home without something, spices and completely equipped kitchen with top notch appliances. I could really go on and on. The views are so peaceful and the outdoor furniture makes it easy to relax! The house is super clean with comfortable beds and furniture. I rely heavily on other reviews when looking for homes to rent and this listing is one 5 Star review after another!!! Happy to add another glowing review! Our family will visit again!

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION
Wow, from the second you walk in the door...just WOW !! Charlie and Mollie thought of everything....beautiful home , grounds, and views 180 degrees, Smores kit, snacks, 2 refrigerators, and much more . The hosts responded to our inquiries prior to, during and after our stay amazingly fast. They are so friendly which we greatly appreciated. Loved the huge decks, massive windows, massage chair, resort style shower, ping pong, 3 fire pits and more. Tons of wildlife ( even a massive gator swimming across the cove after a storm). Perfect location close to Hanks creek (floating dock and 2 ramps) and great spot to beach boat at the bottom of the hill for easy access. everything about Eagles Point is First Class.
