"The air conditioner in our room was broken during the trip and it was quite hot. Staff weren't able to fix it before we left so sleeping was not ideal. We received a free drink coupon upon arrival and were surprised to learn we were not allowed to use it on coffee, only alcohol. This is not a nice policy as not everyone drinks alcohol. Staff were unwilling to accommodate. The room and hotel were otherwise clean and the location is great. "
