"The hotel has a great location next to the river and the family room was clean and cozy, just like in the photos. However, there was no air-conditioning, some electrical sockets didn’t work, and the coffee machine in the lobby was broken. "It's a beautiful property, right next to Meuse river. The rooms are lovely too. There's no A/C or tea making facilities or a fridge in the rooms, but that's the norm in the Ardennes. There were a couple minor inconveniences, a loose door handle and an unexpected breakdown in the water supply, the latter caused me to cut short my stay (although they would have had it fixed in a couple hours). "The hotel is well located in a beautiful and scenic part of the country. I used this as a stopover, close to European space centre and on the way to Disneyland Paris, but it's so much more than a stopover and I'm eager to return and use it as a base for canoeing the beautiful Semois valley. It is clean, comfortable, well decorated, has a great atmosphere and also benefits from being well served by really friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely breakfast and nice beer too!"
