"We enjoyed the ryokan very much for the authenticity of old Japan. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Wearing the yutaka at the property was such a thrill for us. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive.

"We couldnt use most facilities due to duration of our stay. We did use the restaurant though. Amazing food and very considerate staff. Rooms are large and spacious. They provide with charging cables for phones as well! That was a major plus point for me."

Hotel room os spacious for what you can get in the area. About 20min walk to dotonbori and close to other transport/food options. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wishing to stay in Namba. "Great 4-star hotel. Easy access to Namba Walk (underground shopping and restaurants) and other tourist attractions. VIP upgrade to the 30th floor (2nd highest) and 1pm checkout. The room size is adequate for Japan standard. The queen size has great back support. The AC is superb. The shower head is the most powerful sray we have ever seen. We need to place a wash cloth to hold it in place to avoid spinning. Two bottles of water are supplied everyday. Clean sheets every other day. Amenities included mouthwash for men and women. The lobby is on the 22nd floor and staff welcome us all times. Great stay and will stay again. "
