"Staff are excellent, very helpful & friendly. Esp. when I was checking into the hotel while my husband was driving back to Narita airport to return the rental car in a rush. A lady knowing I have language barrier but helped me by all mean. I wished I knew her name so I can appreciate her more before she took her days off from duty. "This was our fourth time staying at a R9 The Yard Hotel. We found them all great. What we liked most about this one was we had 2 beds. The space is a little tight but worth it for us. They offer you a free frozen meal for each person at check in plus they also have free coffee available 24/7 in the office. Each room has a fridge, mircrowave and kettle."
