The location is right opposite of Amu Shopping centre next to the train station! Hotel is undergoing construction to improve the facade so just a little inconvenience. Highly recommended!

The hotel is super convenient because it’s located right across from the Nagasaki station and next to the electric train station, which goes to the attractions. The staff is super friendly and facilities are nice. Currently, the exterior of the hotel is being renovated but it doesn't impede anything, on the other hand, it helped me fine the hotel quickly. The only down side is the laundry room and vending machines are on the smoking floors. Although I had a non-smoking room/floor, I could still faintly smell the smokers. Over all, it was a good experience. =D

This is a wonderful location, just across the street from the Kyoto train station. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The price is very affordable for this convenient location, which made our travel much easier. Highly recommend. Rooms are small, but perfect for an overnight stay.

Right across the street from the train station. Undergoing some exterior construction (?) with scaffolding outside but did not see any workers or experience any noise or inconvenience. Super clean and Big room by Japanese standards! Even a separate closet/ alcove with room for luggage. Coin laundry, free ammenities, breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

This is a stones throw from the main railway station and a shopping plaza so ultra convenient. A clean functional hotel. Cheaper to buy breakfast direct at the hotel rather than included in the booking.

Basic hotel in a good location. No pool, no spa, no gym, no English television channels at all, and very basic breakfast. Seemed expensive for what it was compared to other better hotels in Japan. Breakfast staff and cleaning staff were excellent and efficient.

The hotel is very convenient to get to from Nagasaki Station. It's also just right across the tram system so you can basically get to everywhere in Nagasaki pretty easily. The rooms are kept very clean. The only issue that I have is that the carpet is stained so make sure to use the slippers they provide.

My son’s family supposed to check in and found out my son got COVID. So he and his family stayed back in Kyoto. And my husband also got COVID, so I occupied my room myself. Anyway, by the time we checked in they sold my son’s room. Can you do anything for this urgent situation? We booked many rooms with you on this trip. My e some credit for future use. If you can do anything we are very much appreciated. Thank you. We still stay Narita’s hotel by Hotel.com. Thank you.
