This hotel is just a 5–8 minute walk from the train station, which made it easy to get around. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the concierge staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a nice high-end Toto toilet, and there was plenty of space under the bed for storing luggage. We also appreciated the wide selection of free personal items in the lobby, along with complimentary drinks like coffee, tea, juice, and water. The only downside was the washer/dryer combo—it takes 120 minutes to complete a cycle, and even then, the clothes came out damp. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with great service and thoughtful extras—just be ready to air dry your laundry.

The staff is very friendly and polite. Everything is clean and new. Just 5 mins walk from Nagoya Station. Got convenient store right next to it. Can find some local breakfast restaurant too within 5 mins walk. Highly recommended for this hotel.

Very clean, convenient area! Wasn’t expecting hotel room to be as clean and comfortable. Clean towels, spacious bathroom, comfortable pyjamas etc. staff was extremely hospitable as well. Didn’t get to use this time but restaurant becomes a lounge at night with free drinks! Would definitely try out the same hotel in different locations.

Had very little variation between days of selection for breakfast. hotel policy states no-one is allowes in your room other than those booked with you, yet there was advertisements for an in room massage by an outside company, inside the room.
