Very spacious room for two people, the room is very clean and the hotel provides a various range of amenities for the guests. Check-in and check-out are very smooth. There is a 7-11 attached to the hotel which is super convenient. Will definitely recommend.

The room I booked got one sofa and 3 beds which is super enough for 3kids with 3 adults . The hotel location is excellent which is good for tourist to shop in main place and DFS . Both shopping mall we just need to cross the street. If kids got bored, one adults can bring them back to hotel. The room got enough space for them to play so for kids and husband, it is also a good place to stay .

Convenient location, not far from monorail station (7 min walk) and only a couple of stops away from the Kokusai-dori (main) street. The room was clean and very spacious. There is a 7/11 store located next to it. Parking was a bit difficult because you have to drop off your car and then it goes into a stacker (automatic) car park. However, the friendly attendant did let us park temporarily on the side to drop off our luggage quickly and store it because we arrived before the check-in time. Apparently there are only 40 spaces available, so it might get full by late evening and you cannot park in it after 11pm. Luggage storage lockers are available. They have medium-sized lockers and area below for large suitcases with a security cable. You can get a special card from the reception, so there is no fee. The buffet breakfast was just ok, it was more asian focased of course because it's Japan. They did have some small pancakes and small crossiants. The scrambled eggs were very watery. Bacon and sausages were also available. They didn’t have machine coffee, but just filtered coffee that wasn't that hot. There is a shopping centre with a food court across the road and also a Starbucks. Matsuya restaurant (cheap) is on the same block as the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful at this hotel.

Liked: great cleaning staff, clean room, acroos street from Naha Main Place, good location. Disliked: beds hard as a rock, in room washer/dryer instructions only in Japanese and no way to adjust drying times, washed for 20 minutes and dried for two hours! Front desk staff failed to transfer calls a number of times and cut off some of the incoming calls. Coffee and tea only available after 2pm, why not all day? I would rather have coffee in the morning instead of late afternoon. For the room prices, amenities should be in the room; customers shouldn't have to go to check-in lobby to get toothbrushes, hand lotion, etc. Finally, the hotel restaurant service is terrible, half our order was served and the other half never arrived. The waitress said it was still being prepared. Since when does seafood soup take 30 minute to be prepared? The final insult was a 330Yen service charge for each of us when we didn’t get service! Not a good look. Felt unwelcome and never felt that way in the other hotels we’ve stayed at in Okinawa and mainland Japan. Will not be back.

場所もおもろまち駅に近く、ホテル内にセブンイレブン、目の前にスーパーと飲食店があって不自由ない環境でした。ただ同じフロアの中国人が0時前まで廊下をうろつき、他の部屋のチャイムを鳴らしてしゃべるのには閉口しました。大阪のホテルでも同様の事象があったので、チェックインの際に注意事項として説明するのがよいと思います。

酒店地點方便，旁邊有大型商場，樓下就是7-11，而且又近單軌車站和巴士總站去主要景點。 酒店房間整潔，設施新淨。可是兩張單人床之間沒有床頭櫃放手機、鬧鐘等物品，而房間內的插蘇位太近，如果同時插電掣就會不能完全插入。 最後，在check out時職員應主動問客人需不需要行李寄存服務，因為使用1/F自助locker需要酒店提供的匙卡來開關。而且在locker外的指示也不太清晰，其他旅客使用時也感到困難，浪費了時間在寄存行李中。 總括來說，我們下次到沖繩也會選這間酒店的，同時也希望酒店可以改善一下以上的小問題。謝謝。

食事の種類、質、雰囲気、設備、サービスいずれも不満。ビジネスホテル並みです。立派な宿泊設備と不釣り合いで、日本人にはお勧めできないホテルです。
