"Amazing place. My Dad had a good time. It was a nice stay as it was a treat for the easter season. The staff were accomadating due to late check in and kindly agreed for Dad to check out late and have lunch the next day which was a nice gesture. Will recommend the lodge. "We were assigned at the last cottage which is very far from the reception. There was no transport avail for us to go to and fro the resto and recep area. That’s why we opted for room service for both dinner and breakfast since it is unsafe to go to the restaurant when there is no ample lighting and the way up is not very well lit and not cemented. It could have been better if they asked us our cottage preference especially that we are not from Kenya ans it is our first time in the country. "

"It is quite an good option for business travel and for visiting areas located on south lake road. Still with Taxi or car Naivasha town is reachable in relatively short time. The are is quiet at night. Nice big rooms, very polite and helpful staff. "I booked one night, 1 double room, 1 single room and paid through Expedia for Lake Naivasha Resort. When I arrived they said I had booked 2 single rooms and no meals so they charged me for what they said was the difference. When I saw the receipt I questioned it and said I need a refund! I had booked correctly and I had my paid receipt from Expedia. In the end I would have only owed for our meals. The difference between what they charged me and the cost of the meals should be refunded to me!...

On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities.
