"I booked one night, 1 double room, 1 single room and paid through Expedia for Lake Naivasha Resort. When I arrived they said I had booked 2 single rooms and no meals so they charged me for what they said was the difference. When I saw the receipt I questioned it and said I need a refund! I had booked correctly and I had my paid receipt from Expedia. In the end I would have only owed for our meals. The difference between what they charged me and the cost of the meals should be refunded to me!...

Greeting in the establishment was on going. House maids made sure room was thoroughly clean. Very nice clean swimming pool. Management spoke to me is everything okay! "The listing advertised wifi which was not available most of the time and when it was available, it was very weak and slow. The same can be said for the shower. Little to no hot water. Also, the picture in the listing is nothing like the room I was in. The picture showed a small refrigerator and in-room safe. Neither were present."

"The property is in a serene area. We stayed at the Flamingo suite that is an amazing tent. With living room, huge balcony overlooking the flamingoes on the lake. The staff is exceptional. The food delicious and well served. A very relaxing experience indeed. "
