We paid a lot of money to upgraded our room. Room, service, food etc was good however, the boat only goes a short distance into the Bay, then drops anchor. You do not cruise through the bay on this ship. There is a small vessel for doing day activities so the upgraded room was of little value and the cruise didn’t meet our expectations. Consider a smaller ship that can explore the whole bay.

The lobby and roof top pool/bar were really high quality. The rooms don't match this level of quality, unfortunately. The room we had was very tired. The shower was in very poor condition and wasn't sealed properly so leaked water outside onto the bathroom floor. The TV had very poor signal - not that there are any English speaking channels. The rooms need an overhaul to ensure they match the public areas.
Breakfast was quite good with a variety of options.
The staff are wonderful and can't do enough for you.
This property is on a very busy corner and so there was constant traffic noise.
