This luxurious rental has 4 bedrooms, and laundry room with washer & dryer. It has a wonderful full equipped kitchen and large living room full of entertainment. It's beautifully located in central Nanaimo, and it's easily accessible to new island Highway, downtown and Westwood lake. In the front of the house, there's a cover outside lounge for smoking and there's lot of parking. Located in the back of the rental, there's a patio with a barbecue and outside dinning facilities available. The living room has a massage chair, large leather couch, 65" 4K smart TV with Xbox gaming consoles and Netflix.

The location is great, close to the new highway and only minutes any direction to what you need. The residence is very modern and extremely clean and well equipped. The host is very pleasant and welcoming, quickly addressed our minor issue with low battery on the TV remote. Will retain property number for future stays.

Excellent Location and Exceptional Host
We stayed at this property to attend a Junior A hockey camp. It is centrally located to all amenities. The accommodation is 'as advertised' and the property meet all our expectations. It is a great set up for a family or group of family and friends as it offers so much more than booking some hotel rooms. Beyond the property, the host was attentive and a great communicator - he went beyond the call of duty to make sure all the little details at the property (and even more!) were covered and was a great communicator, which made the logistics so easy. An exceptional host!

No major complaints. Would of been nice to know which of the 3 containers is soap shampoo etc. Also wouldn't hurt to have access to garbage bags as the one in the bathroom was missing. Overall very happy with the place.

Comfortable and very clean!
We had a great one night stay! You could smell the clean when you walked in! Beds were incredibly comfortable with nice bedding! Wonderful massage chair was an added bonus and we enjoyed the very comfortable couch with a movie. Kitchen is well stocked. Baby gate is a bit annoying but that was pretty minor. Overall great place! I would definitely stay again. Also communication with the host was excellent 😊

Perfect for a short stay
We were in the area property hunting. So much better than a hotel! We were able to relax after a busy day, eat our own food, and enjoy the massage chair! Would definitely stay again. Our needs were very simple so I would check with the host if you require something specific for example playing cards or board games, or an extra TV screen for video games.

A few hiccups
Stayed with family over Christmas 4 days. Overall it worked out but we did have some hiccups. The rental is the entire home but there is a tenant in the ground floor suite. We had no issues with this. As a basement entry home,one bedroom and laundry are on the ground floor and stairs up to the main living area. Host was very quick to reply to any issues and even provided a Christmas tree in the living room for the holidays PROS - close to amenities, the ferry, malls etc. Jingle Pot pub is walking distance with liquor and convenience store -large bedrooms -lots of parking CONS -confusing which door to use for entry as didn’t want to bother the tenant-the door code didn’t work on the front door (eventually did but instructions on which buttons to press would have made that less frustrating before trying side and back doors) -annoying big wooden baby gate at top of stairs on hinges-not removeable-blocking passage between kitchen and living room-had to be left closed -no “gym” as pictured - all lights on some weird motion system that kept turning off even while moving in the room - no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms as per listing description, no laundry detergent -no checkout instructions but we cleaned out all our Christmas wrapping and recycling -kitchen was not very clean like it had not been cleaned between guests Removed stars for us having to clean up the kitchen before using it,no shower soaps, some annoyances and no checkout info

This property was perfect for the four of us. It was centrally located, and had all the amenities we could hope for. The host was outstanding and easy to contact. The massage chair was a wonderful treat. The huge coach awesome TV and comfortable beds were wonderful.

Comfy house in a quiet neighbourhood.
Nice house with 2 large bedrooms & bathrooms on top floor. (1 bedroom on ground level which we didn’t use). The king size beds were wonderful. There are 14 steps up to the main living space…which was okay for our group but I don’t remember reading that when booking. Our property manager was excellent to deal with. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Super spot!
Great homey home that was super clean. Lots of space and excellent king/ queen beds. Everyone loved the massage chair! Nanaimo has some excellent gluten free restaurants near by. Would definitely here stay again. Highly recommend for several travelers and/or families. Owner prompt & responsive in communications.
