I liked that they have a pool and hot tub, kept everyone happy. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The beds, the room setup and bathroom were nice and convenient.

While our experience was generally okay, there were a few areas that could be improved. We understand that the hotel was undergoing minor renovations during our stay, and we appreciate that. However, our room was smaller than we had hoped, and unfortunately, there were no larger rooms available when we requested an upgrade. We did find the location to be very convenient for traveling between Ladysmith and Nanaimo. Additionally, despite being located off the main highway, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. I did have a few minor complaints. We were a family of four, and there never seemed to be enough clean towels for all of us. Also, our room was not properly serviced each day; we didn't always have freshly made beds or a restock of items like towels, although the garbage and recyclables were taken. Despite these issues, we would consider staying with you again due to the convenient location. We hope that the towel situation has been resolved by then.

I booked a suite on Expedia. There was no sitting area as pictured so that really affected our stay. It was a gloried double room for the cost of a suite. The front desk was dismissive and rude they did not offer any alternatives or try to find a solution. The kitchenette has next to nothing when there should have been 4 of everythjng. The HDMI port didn’t work. When I told them the suite was missing things and the hdmi they said take it up with Expedia. Everyone was moved away from us because we had kids. The front desk was the most dismissed and rude front desk I have ever dealt with. They gave us a room that nothing worked and blamed Expedia. I specifically booked a Suite for the suite experience, so I paid for things I didn’t receive.

We enjoyed staying here from the moment we arrived to when we left. Staff was very pleasant. Rooms & bathrooms were very nice - clean - perfect. Great Breakfast - coffee in lobby whenever we wanted some. We are elderly - we enjoyed everything - perfect parking. Will for sure go back. Thank You All !

Check in was smooth, staff was fantastic. The lobby is under maintenance, but the temp area is more than suitable and easily accessible. There is coffee 24 hrs in the lobby, great for people like me who are checking out before the breakfast starts in the am. I love the BBQ and picnic area outside, although i won't have a chance to use it. Convenient location, has everything i need
